When you find a role you want to apply for, Forward gives you the option to tailor your existing resume to that specific job or generate a personalized cover letter for that listing, adjusted to reflect its language and requirements, all in a single click.

Mental health is at the core of what we do, we believe everyone deserves a space to explore without anxiety. We want to help everyone find a career they'll love and move forward, ethically and stress-free.

"Forward helped me get a better understanding of what I want to do in my career and how I want to achieve it. Being a full time student takes up so much of my time which means I don't get to spend nearly enough time focusing on career exploration. While going to classes and learning from incredible professors helps me in terms of knowledge, my classes do not teach me how to find jobs, apply to them, and figure out what is a good fit for me.
